An Autumn Forest Engagement

This engagement session was absolutely amazing! Mattaniah and Evelyn are getting married in August and I couldn’t be happier to be their photographer. Matt lives quite far away, so our times for this session were limited, BUT we had the perfect day! Even if it was a little bit chilly at first!

We were trying to think of where to go, and then we thought of the beautiful Oak Forest in Harcourt. And oh my goodness, it was BEA-U-TI-FUL! The colours, the paths, the leaves on the ground, just everything! We arrived and usually this location is very popular, but there was absolutely no one around! How blessed were we?! We got to use some paths that are often lined with cars and cyclists!

Matt and Evelyn are perfect for each other. They’ve known each other for AGES and it was only a matter of time until they would get married. We started the session and straight away I knew that these guys were going to be a breeze. They are both very quirky and fun-loving which made the session such a delight. We essentially had the whole park to ourselves which allowed us to get a large amount of variety!
