A Melbourne Garden Engagement

Oh Melbourne. You stress me out any time I have to drive through you! But my goodness, you have some amazing locations!! This weekend we had the pleasure of photographing Taylah and Sam who will be getting married in just over a month! Their ceremony is going to be at the beautiful Avalon Castle and we can’t wait to experience that special day with them at such a lovely venue!

I first met Taylah at a previous wedding where she was beautifully playing the violin. When she initially enquired about booking me, I knew straight away that we would be a great fit! Sam and Taylah are such a wonderful couple and show a genuine love for one another.

Due to the long distance between us all, we decided to meet roughly half-way at the Fitzroy Gardens in Melbourne. Upon arrival, I found out that they also don’t like driving through big cities! However, we all arrived safely, captured some beautiful moments of these two and safely made it back home! Being in such a beautiful garden allowed us to have multiple locations, each with a different look and feel. There are some really cute cottages here too, so if you ever get the chance to go, make sure you check them out.

Anyway, I’m sure you’re looking forward to seeing the pictures instead of what I have to say! Having the opportunity to capture these images was an amazing experience and I hope you enjoy looking through them!
